           and seminar notes. 20% discount will be 
           offered to iKMS and Arkgroup. 
           SPRING Standards Partners
           (including ITSC) will be offered 50% discount
           of the registration fee on a first-come-first-serve
           basis, limited to 100 seats.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis and will be confirmed upon
receipt of full payment. For fax registrations, please ensure that your cheque
reaches us within 3 working days to avoid disappointment. No refund will be
made for any cancellation. However, a replacement for the participant is
allowed. The Organiser reserves the right to change or cancel the seminar
due to unforeseen circumstances.
